Directions to the Chair of Electron Devices

Arrival by car

A3 to exit "Tennenlohe / Erlangen", continue on B4 towards Erlangen to the exit "Universität Südgelände". Follow the signs "Technische Fakultät" or "Fraunhofer Institut für Integrierte Systeme und Bauelementetechnologie" to the Cauerstrasse. Use the parking lots of "IISB"

Arrival by plane

Airport Nuremberg (NUE); continue by taxi (15 Minuten) or public transportation: Bus  Line 32 to Nuremberg Thon, change to Bus  Lines 30 or 30E (Destination "Erlangen Hugenottenplatz") to bus stop "Erlangen Süd" (30 Minuten).

Arrival by train

Erlangen Station, continue by Taxi (15 Minuten) or by buses  Line 287 (to bus stop "Stettiner Strasse", approx. 20min) oder  Lines 30/30E or  Line 295 (to bus stop "Erlangen Süd", approx. 20 min). Excellent train connections from Nuremberg Central Station to Erlangen Station
